A few days ago, the approval of the national development and reform commission on the feasibility study report of the new puyang to jinan section of the zhengzhou to jinan railway was issued, and the zhengzhou-jinan high-speed railway was officially approved.


It is reported that in order to improve the layout of high-speed railway network, strengthen the connection between central plains city group and shandong peninsula city group, and promote the regional economic and social development, the international development and reform commission agreed to build the zhengzhou to jinan railway puyang to jinan section.


The line starts from puyang east railway station, passes through puyang city, henan province, liaocheng city, dezhou city, jinan city, and ends at jinan west railway station.The main line is 209.7 kilometers long, with 7 stations, 5 of which are newly built.Liaocheng area synchronous construction of storage yard.Jinan hub adopts the plan of introducing beijing-shanghai high-speed railway to jinan west station in the south, synchronously constructing the connection line between this line and jinan direction, and constructing the connection line from jinan station to daming lake station.


The railway grade is high-speed railway, the designed speed target is 350 km/h, and the prospective annual transportation capacity is 30 million people/year.


The estimated total investment of the project is about 40.93 billion yuan.Among them, shandong province undertook to increase the project investment by 2.3 billion yuan by introducing jinan west railway station.The investment of the third line from jinan railway station to daming lake railway station is 1.54 billion yuan, which is undertaken by shandong province and China national railway group co., ltd. respectively.The cost of land acquisition and demolition shall be included into the local shares of the project after being approved by the parties to the investment according to the relevant provisions of the state and local governments.The shandong section of the project is owned by a joint venture company, while the henan section is owned by henan intercity company.The construction period of the project is 4 years.
